Sales Accelerator: from Lead to Loaded

DataSDR’s Sales Accelerator Program implements a fully-automated process where we leverage Open Data to identify and build compelling solutions that bring your company large numbers of new users. Both at your current clients as well as new clients.

In summary:

Content

Phase one is to leverage DataSDR’s existing Open Data Repository.
This repository provides access to massive amounts of industry-specific information.

For example:
In the case of Life Sciences we can extract and organize the publicly available information for every medical device and pharma company that sells products in the EU and US.
We then start by compiling all relevant raw facts about each prospect.

Context

In phase two we analyze the raw data to determine the context for each prospect. This gives meaning to what each company is facing in their business. That is, we answer the “What” questions for each company:
* what products are approved to market?
* what are the most common adverse effects of their products?
* what facilities are used by each company?

Answering the “What” questions is crucial to accelerate the Sales and Marketing processes by identifying:
* what the company actually does
* what their likely operational pain points are
* create customized proposals to tackle prospect-specific challenges

Consumer

For phase three we use that same Open Data to extract highly-qualified leads by industry. Here’s our logic:
* In highly-regulated industries each stakeholder needs to file a lot of documents with the corresponding regulatory agency(ies).
* Those agencies, in turn, release most of the submitted data back to the public as Open Data (obviously without confidential / personal info).
* Such Open Data includes full contact details for each stakeholder that deals with the agency.
* Thus, we can use Open Data to find the best prospects in each regulated industry.

The target Consumers are those individuals listed in Open Data sources who are most likely to be facing the problems identified in the Context section above.

For example: by analyzing the “Adverse Events” datasets from the FDA we can identify the individuals responsible for regulatory compliance at each Life Sciences company. The Context review will tell us how many adverse event reports is each company dealing with on a quarterly basis, for example.

Complete

DataSDR will build a custom, prospect-specific demo in your software that offers a complete package:
* pre-loaded with the prospect’s relevant Open Data
* as well as additional industry-specific materials
* optionally DataSDR can also load massive amounts of industry-specific Synthetic Data

The demo’s goal is to showcase your software’s capabilities across organizational roles (content management, regulatory affairs, Sales, etc.)

We’ll demonstrate how your software offers a complete solution to manage content throughout the lifecycle of the prospect’s products.

Contract

DataSDR’s staff will be available to participate in joint sales calls to help your Sales team close larger deals sooner.
The final goal is to accelerate value delivery to your customers.
